Roy W. Timms Real Estate is owned and operated by Roy W. and Linda J. Timms.

Roy a licensed broker with the Texas Real Estate Commission and Linda as co-owner and agent.

Roy a veteran of the U.S. Army, has a degree in Business Management. Had a successful construction and remodeling business for over 25 years. He first obtained his real estate license in the early 1980's. He then worked as an independent contractor  for Century 21 as a Sales Agent and then with United Country Real Estate. He received the Pinnacle award while with United Country for acquiring 163 listings the first year and was awarded it again his second year. He was number 3 among agents in the nation for listings with United Country two years running. He served on the Pilot Point city council, he was one of the founding members of the Pilot Point Main Street Committee, President of Friends of Freedom (a patriotic organization), several positions in the local American Legion where he is currently the Second Vice Commander. He is serving a term on the Denton County Committee of the Texas Veterans Land Board.

Linda Ledbetter Timms was born and raised in Lewisville, Texas and has resided in Pilot Point for over 25 years. She holds a Texas Real Estate Commission Salespersons License.
